Jay determines research objectives, manages fieldwork and conducts data analysis for client projects and for the Gallup World Poll. He also writes reports and articles based on World Poll and client data, conducts research projects and trains international partners on best practices in survey methodology. His research findings have been cited in the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and the Economist. Prior to joining Gallup, Loschky was a social scientist for the U.S. Department of Defense and served as a research manager for the U.S. Army’s Human Terrain System.
